In the spotlight, this month is the Ticket Preview feature. This major update adds controls to the menu so you can apply actions quickly without even opening a ticket.
Take action and update ticket properties in two clicks
Effortlessly handle customer issues by easily accessing and updating ticket properties straight from the preview menu. This streamlines the process and allows for quick resolution of customer concerns.
The new controls let you quickly update agent and team assignments, add followers, update status, delete tickets, or apply key ticket actions like Macros and Labels. Learn more
Your improved ticket layout
We've placed the Status & Urgency features on the left-hand side of the ticket, along with the other properties.
This change makes updating your tickets easier, giving you better visibility throughout the process.
Move tickets between brands
Agents can effortlessly move tickets between brands, ensuring customer inquiries get directed to the relevant team.
This update helps streamline communication with zero complication.
Super simple user selection
We've refreshed the menu that appears when a phone number is linked to multiple Users, making it easier to find the relevant User. So you can stay focused on the conversation at hand.
Quick access links for agents
The Bookmarks app provides an effortless access point for agents' frequently used links. Plus, you can create global bookmarks for all agents across the helpdesk.
App Store review channel
Manage your app reviews with the Apple App Store channel.
Agents can receive and provide developer responses for your apps to help you engage with your end users.
Adding Tables to Snippets
Create canned responses with formatted tables to make adding repetitive responses simple for your agents. Pre-made tables can be inserted into a reply with two clicks.
