In May, our product development was focused on customer feedback around enhancing ticket visibility and the interface's personalized viewing preferences.

Introducing the new functionality that lets you minimize your ticket reply box. This new feature makes it easier to scan ticket threads in an instant.
With the handy arrow icon in the top right corner, you can minimize and expand the reply box as needed. Click to reduce the reply box and gain instant context, making navigating the ticket thread a breeze.
Get better visibility in seconds.
Customer feedback highlighted that when the reply box automatically expands, it can take up a significant portion of the screen for users on smaller screens. We've reduced the challenge of reviewing the conversation thread for the necessary context for a reply by adding the minimize and expand arrows. Find out more
Further visual enhancements
Your ticket interface is now more flexible. We added the ability to collapse the Ticket Properties Pane and another method to hide the CRM Profile. These changes give individual agents more control over viewing preferences as your choices are remembered when you move between tickets.

Navigate the CRM Profile Easily
With this change, you can use the new button on the Organization Profile in the ticketing interface. Providing you with a clear route to navigate back to the User's Profile in an instant.

Collapse the User & CC fields
You can choose how your ticket properties pane looks with the new collapsible Users and CCs header.
Hide them from the ticket view to give the interface a cleaner look.
Updated Ticket Actions UI
Apply your most used ticket actions in a flash. With our improved UI, you can lock your frequently used actions and choose how they display on the ticket header bar.

Deskpro's newest Apps & Integrations
We also wanted to share some other features our team has been working on this month, including our newest apps.
- Connect your orders and customers to the helpdesk: The WooCommerce integration lets your agents view the status of orders, customers' history with your brand, and more directly from your helpdesk.
- Link your Copper CRM to Deskpro: View information from your external Copper CRM from your helpdesk, making it easy for agents to get a complete picture of your users.
You will be able to see all of these new features on your helpdesk if you're updated to the latest version of Deskpro. We can't wait for you to take a look at everything we've been developing over the last month.
